Your role as Team Lead Account Support? 

In this role, you’ll lead by example; guiding, motivating, and empowering your team of 3 employees to deliver top results through seamless order execution and continuous process improvement. Together, you’ll make impact by enhancing customer experience and operational performance. 

You will: 

• Lead, coach, and inspire the Account Support team to deliver daily business operations, from order management to aftersales service; 

• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across customer-facing processes; 

• Own the forecasting process: define responsibilities, train your team, and implement effective forecasting tools; 

• Monitor key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and customer satisfaction; 

• Serve as the point of escalation for complex challenges to ensure fast and effective resolution.

As of March 1, 2026, we’re moving to our brand-new office, just a 3-minute walk from Sloterdijk station! You’ll start with a temporary contract, with the intention for a permanent position. 

Your profile: 

We are looking for a strong communicator and team leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. You enjoy bringing structure, motivating others, and finding smarter ways to work. 

This is what you bring to the table:   

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field; 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading teams in account support, operational, or business environments; 

• Proven expertise in forecasting, process improvement, and operational excellence; 

• Comfortable working with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite) and highly data-driven; 

• Strong command of English and excellent communication and organizational skills.
