Job description
Welcome to IBG! IBG (Innovative Beauty Group) is a global one-stop beauty shop. By partnering with our clients as an extension of their teams, we bring beauty visions to life. IBG consists of more than 300 colleagues spread over 13 locations worldwide.
IBG North America specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the beauty industry. Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.
Centdegrés is building a new kind of creative studio in North America — one that operates at the intersection of strategy, design, content, and product innovation.
We are looking for a Studio Traffic Manager to bring structure, predictability, and momentum to a fast-paced, high-volume creative and production environment. This role is the operational heartbeat of the studio, ensuring the right people are on the right priorities at the right time, and that deliverables are met on brief, on time, and on budget.
This is a hands-on, proactive operations role, not a passive coordination position. It requires strong judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complexity with confidence in a growing, matrixed organization. This is for a new vacancy.
In this role, you will:
Studio Operations & Workflow Management
Own and manage end-to-end studio workflow across multiple brands, channels, and project types (e.g., packaging, in-store, digital, social, retailer sell-in materials).
Intake, triage, and prioritize requests from cross-functional partners (Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, eCommerce, Product Development) to ensure clear briefs and realistic timelines.
Build, maintain, and communicate project timelines, schedules, and trackers, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Coordinate resources across design, content, production, and copy teams, making informed decisions on capacity, sequencing, and trade-offs.
Resource & Capacity Planning
Allocate and reallocate resources based on evolving business priorities, volume peaks, and launch calendars.
Monitor team capacity and utilization, flagging risks early and recommending solutions (reprioritization, timelines, external resources).
Manage freelancer and external vendor engagement as needed, including onboarding, scoping, and integration into studio workflows.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Project/Account leads to align on priorities, scope, and deliverables.
Facilitate regular status and production meetings, ensuring clear next steps, owners, and due dates.
Act as a central point of contact for project status, escalating issues and proposing solutions proactively.
Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement
Help define, document, and evolve studio processes, standards, and ways of working as we scale.
Leverage and optimize project management tools to drive transparency, efficiency, and reporting.
Identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and inefficiencies, and lead improvements that support speed, quality, and consistency.
Contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative studio culture grounded in clarity, accountability, and collaboration
Job requirements
About you:
4–7+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or studio operations, ideally within both a creative agency and an in-house studio, or marketing/creative operations function.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday, Wrike, Workfront) and comfort working with dashboards, trackers, and reports.
Excellent communication skills—able to communicate clearly, diplomatically, and confidently with creative teams, marketers, and senior stakeholders.
Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure—you bring structure and clarity to ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills; you are comfortable making calls, prioritizing, and holding timelines.
Experience in CPG, beauty, retail, or consumer brands is an asset but not required.
Key Competencies
Operational Excellence & Organization – Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail, while maintaining visibility into broader business priorities and downstream impacts.
Process Optimization – Builds structure and discipline without over‑engineering; simplifies workflows and drives efficiency across operations.
Clear & Purposeful Communication – Communicates confidently and effectively, adapting approach to suit cross‑functional and external stakeholders.
Ownership & Accountability – Proactively identifies risks, takes initiative to resolve issues, and follows through to completion.
Growth‑Stage Agility – Thrives in evolving environments where processes, tools, and frameworks are continuously developed and refined.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partners effectively across creative, commercial, and operational teams, balancing innovation with executional realities.
