Job description

ABOUT US

With a global team of beauty experts and a distinctly personal approach, IBG empowers all its clients – from established beauty brands to first-time private label retailers – with strategic partnerships that bring visions to life, and products seamlessly to market.

Consisting of three key brands - FASTEN Packaging, Orchard Custom Beauty, and Roberts Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We are looking for a Project Manager, NA to join our global team and be a catalyst for transformation throughout our organization. Initially, this role will be responsible for embedding and optimizing our new project management software throughout North America. Reporting directly to the COO, North America, you will spearhead initiatives that inspire people, drive process improvement, and support global change efforts. This role focuses less on classic project management and more on leading, facilitating, and embedding change in a way that is engaging and sustainable across teams and regions.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Champion Change Initiatives: Lead and implement wide-ranging change management programs that enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across North America—aligned with global business goals.

  • Engage Learners: Develop and deliver compelling communication and training strategies, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, prepared, and enthusiastic about upcoming changes.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Build strong, trust-based relationships with teams and leaders globally, ensuring open dialogue, alignment, and mutual problem-solving.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness, and work with local and global teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.

  • Solutions-Focused Leadership: Serve as a sounding board and creative partner, helping teams overcome resistance and obstacles during times of transition.

  • Tech Enablement: Advocate for and drive adoption of digital tools and solutions that support business transformation.

  • Measurement & Reporting: Track the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, using feedback and data to adjust approaches and report results to the COO.

Job requirements

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a process-driven field (advanced degree a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience driving organizational change, ideally within consumer packaged goods (CPG), or similar industries.

  • Demonstrated capability in leading teams through change with empathy, motivation, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Deep experience in process improvement and change management, with a focus on people and culture.

  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and listening skills.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging modern productivity and change management tools.

  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in evolving, fast-paced environments.

  • Willingness to travel globally as well as within North America as needed (up to 25% or more)

WHAT WE OFFER

As a Project Manager, NA, you will enjoy being part of an energetic and hands-on team, excited about beauty and home care. You will work with passionate and talented colleagues who inspire and support each other. On top of that you will get:

  • To work in a fast-paced industry that is highly innovative and agile

  • IBG is an international team of over 200 people across nine locations worldwide

  • Work in a hybrid environment – 3 days in our Mississauga office

  • A comprehensive benefits and employee wellness program
