Project Manager – Beauty & Packaging Marketplace (M/F)

About Innovative Beauty Group

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) supports beauty brands and retailers in bringing their products to life, from strategy to shelf. With 480 experts and 12 offices across four continents, the Group combines creative expertise, product development, formulation and packaging capabilities across skincare, makeup, fragrance, personal care and accessories.

Following the acquisition of Webpac and Avantade in September 2026, IBG is accelerating its digital transformation with the ambition to build an end-to-end B2B marketplace connecting brands, retailers, suppliers and the Group’s experts. This new offering brings together Webpac’s digital sourcing and catalogue technologies, Avantade’s e-commerce solution and IBG’s brand and product development expertise. Initially focused on packaging, it will progressively expand into other categories within IBG’s portfolio
