Job description

About Innovative Beauty Group

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) supports beauty brands and retailers in bringing their products to life, from strategy to shelf. With 480 experts and 12 offices across four continents, the Group combines creative expertise, product development, formulation and packaging capabilities across skincare, makeup, fragrance, personal care and accessories.

Following the acquisition of Webpac and Avantade in September 2026, IBG is accelerating its digital transformation with the ambition to build an end-to-end B2B marketplace connecting brands, retailers, suppliers and the Group’s experts. This new offering brings together Webpac’s digital sourcing and catalogue technologies, Avantade’s e-commerce solution and IBG’s brand and product development expertise. Initially focused on packaging, it will progressively expand into other categories within IBG’s portfolio

Your role

Would you like to combine product development, project coordination and customer relationships in an international, entrepreneurial environment?

Reporting to the Marketplace Business Developer, you will turn commercial opportunities into successful projects, managing their delivery from the initial customer brief through to completion.

As the operational link between customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will ensure projects meet agreed quality standards, timelines and financial objectives. You will also help shape the processes and tools that support the development of this new activity.

Your key responsibilities

  • Analyse and clarify customer briefs in collaboration with the Marketplace Business Developer.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources and budgets.

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, from solution selection and development through to delivery.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sourcing, quality, design, logistics and sales, as well as external suppliers and partners.

  • Monitor technical feasibility, costs, timelines and project profitability.

  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Assess the impact of changes to project scope and coordinate approval with the relevant stakeholders.

2) Support customers and business development

  • Work closely with the Marketplace Business Developer to translate customer needs into practical, achievable solutions.

  • Coordinate the inputs required for commercial proposals, including technical options, quotations, samples and lead times.

  • Act as the day-to-day operational contact for customers throughout project delivery.

  • Provide clear, regular updates on progress, decisions and next steps.

  • Engage IBG’s specialist teams to address customisation and product development requirements.

  • Gather customer and supplier feedback to help improve the offering and service experience.

3) Coordinate product development and sourcing

  • Work with sourcing teams to identify packaging solutions and suppliers that match customer briefs.

  • Coordinate sample requests, development activities and technical approvals.

  • Help enrich the marketplace offering by identifying relevant products, innovations and customisation opportunities.

  • Incorporate quality, cost and environmental considerations into proposed solutions.

  • Stay informed about packaging trends, innovations and evolving customer needs.

4) Ensure quality and drive continuous improvement

  • Work with Quality teams to define and monitor the necessary checks and approvals.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, technical records and customer approvals.

  • Coordinate the resolution of non-conformities with suppliers and the relevant internal teams.

  • Prepare regular project reports and monitor performance indicators.

  • Help establish processes, dashboards and documentation templates suited to the activity.

  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to more efficient, reliable project delivery.
