IBG (Innovative Beauty Group) is a global one-stop beauty shop. By partnering with our clients as an extension of their teams, we bring beauty visions to life. IBG consists of more than 300 colleagues spread over 13 locations worldwide.  

Within IBG Netherlands, Orchard and Fasten specialize in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the Beauty and Home Care industry. Together we are concept builders with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands from your favorite shopping street. There is a good chance that one of our products is already in your home! 

What will you do as Project Manager? 

As a Project Manager, you are the vital link between customers and internal teams, making sure every project is executed flawlessly. You coordinate new innovation and bespoke projects after handover from our Account Managers, manage deadlines, and ensure effective communication at every stage. 

You will 

• Coordinate new innovation and bespoke projects after handover from the Account Manager; 

• Manage project timelines and hold regular status meetings with all stakeholders (internal teams and customers); 

• Ensure flawless execution and drive customer satisfaction throughout the process; 

• Proactively seek solutions for customer requests and new product ideas; 

• Maintain open and clear communication with customers, Account Managers, and involved teams.

Your profile: 

You are an organized multitasker with a passion for project management and a proven track record of bringing cross-functional teams together. You keep an eye on every detail and conquer challenges with a positive, creative attitude. 

This is what you bring to the table: 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commercial Economy, Business Studies, or International Trade; 

• At least 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally within the cosmetics or beauty packaging industry; 

• Experience with project management software (e.g. ClickUp and/or Monday), MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and ERP platforms (e.g. Netsuite); 

• Strong stakeholder management: you adapt your communication to suit any audience and truly listen to needs; 

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; other languages (French, German) are a plus.
