From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join our dynamic beauty team. This role plays a key part in supporting the development and launch of new beauty products from concept to shelf. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track, samples are managed efficiently, and timelines are met.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Sample Management:

  • Label, organize, and maintain product samples across multiple categories (skincare, color, fragrance, etc.)

  • Track incoming and outgoing lab submissions and ensure proper documentation and distribution

  • Maintain sample library and ensure all samples are stored appropriately for future reference

 

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in managing the product development calendar, tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones

  • Support in creating and updating project trackers to ensure transparency and alignment across teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, and Supply Chain to ensure timely project execution

 

Documentation & Communication:

  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation including briefs, formulas, test results, and meeting notes

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors and internal teams; prepare agendas and follow up on action items

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers and labs to gather updates and samples as needed

Administrative Support:

  • Support with product presentations and internal reports as required

  • Assist with the organization of product submissions for internal reviews or external regulatory needs

Job requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail

  • College degree in beauty or related industry experience, required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Click Up)

  • Passion for beauty and understanding of the product development lifecycle
