Senior Supply Chain Manager

From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to manage our end-to-end supply chain process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain process and communication with our suppliers and internal departments to ensure delivery and production expectations are met. The ideal candidate will be solution driven and cable to work in a high paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Director, Supply Chain and Logistics, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the Supply Chain organization within IBG and its subsidiaries. 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Manage and identify relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products

• Optimize costs through negotiation with vendors, supplier contracts and reducing transportation expenses

• Liaise with Finance to provide monthly sales forecasts to ensure deliveries are on time, as planned

• Manage planning and supply for export products

• Coordination of US Customs activities

• Monthly reconciliation of on-hand and in-transit inventories

• Lead, manage, and support the development of a high-performing team of Supply Chain Analysts

ABOUT YOU

• You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related technical field

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management

• You have a minimum of 5 years of progressively advancing leadership experience

• Previous experience working in a large-scale, high-volume enterprise level organization

• Previous experience with Warehouse Management and complimentary technologies i.e. NetSuite

• You have experience with data and analytics and know how to implement decisions based on data 

• Experience with ORACLE/Netsuite and EDI

• Track record in process improvement/continuous improvement
