We are looking for a talented Senior Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the development of cutting-edge packaging designs.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Lead design and development of innovative packaging solutions for cosmetic products, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, marketing, creative and manufacturing, to ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines and product specifications.

• Conduct feasibility studies and create prototypes to test the performance and suitability of packaging designs.

• Research and recommend materials that are cost-effective, sustainable, and meet product needs.

• Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory and industry standards for safety and efficiency.

• Monitor the packaging process during production to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Document the design and development process for future reference and improvements.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in packaging technology and materials.

• Contribute to quality specification development and reviews.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

• Strong understanding of materials science and sustainable packaging solutions.

• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, and other key packaging manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetic packaging.

• Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.

• Bilingual in Mandarin/English and/or Korean/English is a bonus.
