We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process, building strong supplier relationships, and driving solutions to operational challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of the purchasing process, from preparing requisitions to managing vendor relationships. Your role will involve streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and delivering strategic solutions that align with company goals. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Manage requisitions and purchase orders for goods procurement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Actively negotiate terms to secure optimal pricing and delivery.

• Communicate order updates and resolve vendor issues promptly.

• Analyze challenges to develop strategic solutions.

• Conduct engaging and informative meetings with stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

• Develop processes to enhance efficiency and address ambiguity.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

ABOUT YOU:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in purchasing and supply chain management.

• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong negotiation skills with experience in various purchasing scenarios.

• Bilingual in Chinese/English or Korean/English is a bonus.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to drive change.

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
