To support the acceleration of our brand portfolio, we’re looking for a passionate and ambitious E-Commerce Manager ready to take the reins of our digital ecosystem and maximize the online performance of our brands.

Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Job requirements

🔥 Your Responsibilities

🔹 Store Management & Optimization (Shopify)

  • Oversee UX/UI, CRO, SEO, and product catalog management

  • Deploy strategies to maximize conversion and customer retention

  • Integrate tools and apps to improve user experience and commercial performance

  • Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, LTV, etc.)

🔹 CRM Strategy & Automation (Klaviyo)

  • Build and optimize email & SMS campaigns with segmentation, automation, and personalization

  • Set up nurturing, loyalty, and reactivation workflows (cart abandonment, cross-sell, retargeting)

  • Test and iterate to improve campaign engagement and revenue

🔹 Logistics & Supply Chain (3PL)

  • Work closely with IBG Group’s supply chain and logistics team

  • Manage relationships with our 3PL partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery

  • Optimize costs, stock management, and post-purchase experience (order tracking, returns, customer satisfaction)

  • Implement strategies to reduce friction and boost retention through seamless logistics

🔹 Acquisition & Growth – Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Coordinate with agencies and freelancers to boost performance

  • Use a test & learn approach on audiences, creatives, offers, and user flows

  • Lead a ROAS-driven strategy to maximize profitability across e-commerce channels

🔹 Marketplace Management (Amazon & Mirakl Platforms)

  • Manage brand presence, product listings, and promotions on Amazon Seller Central

  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance with marketplace best practices and KPIs

  • Launch and maintain product visibility and operations on Mirakl-powered marketplaces

  • Optimize content, pricing, and logistics across all marketplaces to maximize growth
