Centdegrés is building a new kind of creative studio in North America — one that operates at the intersection of strategy, design, content, and product innovation.

We are seeking a Designer (Production‑Focused) to support the execution of high‑quality creative across digital, print, social, and packaging deliverables. This role is designed for a designer who not only creates strong work, but understands the realities of production and takes ownership of delivering polished, on‑time, production‑ready assets.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings a strong technical foundation, and approaches design with a hands‑on, solutions‑first mindset. This is an active, execution‑driven role, requiring attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to push work across the finish line.

In this role, you will:

• Execute high-quality design across digital, social, print, and packaging

• Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready assets

• Prepare files for production with precision and attention to detail

• Adapt and scale concepts across multiple formats and channels

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Strategists, and Production teams

• Manage timelines and deliverables with a strong sense of accountability

• Contribute to a culture of speed, quality, and creative ambition

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in a design or production role; agency experience is a plus

• Strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite required; experience with Figma is a plus

• Deep understanding of production processes (print, digital, packaging)

• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency

• Ability to move quickly without compromising quality

• A proactive, solutions-first mindset — you don’t wait to be told twice

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
