• Roberts Beauty, specializing in color cosmetics, personal care, home products, accessories, and gifts. 

Your Role as Creative AI Transformation Lead 

In this role, you will be a driving force behind our AI transformation and at the helm of our AI amplification within the creative departments. You combine strategic insight, creative expertise and technical know-how to take our creative processes worldwide to a higher level. 

In this role, you will be a key member of the AI Center of Excellence team, collaborating with other AI experts and programmers to develop strategic use cases, design optimized workflows, and implement automation solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with members of your local business unit to identify and prioritize real-world applications, ensuring that AI solutions meet business needs and drive tangible impact.

• AI Visionary and Strategy Architect: You will steer the AI ship toward bold new creative horizons. You develop groundbreaking AI strategies that push the boundaries of design and marketing, with a view extending to 2026 and beyond. Your vision will ensure that AI is not just a tool, but a creative partner that goes hand in hand with ethics and innovation;

• Creative Innovator: Like a modern wizard, you mix the magic of AI with human creativity. You design AI-powered workflows that perfectly balance efficiency and artistic integrity. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and cutting-edge AI tools ensures that automation and human talent together form a golden formula;

• AI Educator: You are the visionary guide, transforming cutting-edge AI discoveries into practical knowledge for creative teams. Your role involves inspiring and upskilling team members, igniting their passion for AI-driven innovation in design and creativity. You will develop engaging global upskilling resources that educate and showcase the transformative potential of AI. Under your guidance, designers will evolve into AI champions, empowered to shape the future of creativity by confidently leveraging AI to push the boundaries of design and redefine the creative landscape;

• Global Community Curator: As a digital diplomat, you build bridges between creative professionals worldwide. You contribute to a vibrant community where AI enthusiasm and knowledge sharing flourish. From basic tips and tricks to advanced workflow builds, you help to ensure that everyone feels a sense of comfort and inspiration in the new AI-driven creative world;

• Tech Trendwatcher and Workflow Wizard: With a keen eye for innovation, you scan the horizon for the latest AI tools and technologies. You collaborate with AI and IT teams to select the right tools, identify key integrations, and determine which users will benefit most from these advancements. Your expertise ensures that our workflows are as smooth as a perfectly generated AI illustration;

• Innovation Leader and ROI Rockstar: You orchestrate exciting pilot projects that demonstrate the power of AI. Like a true showman, you present the results to stakeholders, not only showing but also making them feel the value of AI innovation. Your ability to link creativity to measurable results makes you the star of every boardroom presentation.

Your Profile 

As Creative AI Transformation Lead, you are not only a strategist, but also an inspirator who takes others along in your vision of the future of design technology. We are looking for someone who: 

• Has at least 5 years of experience in creative design roles with a strong background in AI integration; 

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or a related field; an MBA or higher degree is a plus; 

• Has expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); 
  Has experience with generative AI platforms such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. to name a few! 

• Has knowledge of workflow organization methods;  

• Is a visionary thinker who can anticipate future trends in design technology; 

• Has an entrepreneurial mentality and is able to innovate in dynamic environments; 

• Possesses excellent leadership and collaboration skills; 

• Has a proactive learning attitude and stays up-to-date with the latest developments in AI.
