Selling Fasten’s cosmetic packaging, what does that mean?

Well to start with, as an Commercial Projectmanager Cosmetic Packaging you’ll have a very varied job; One minute you’re presenting together with the Account Manager new innovations to high-end customers and the next you’ll be responding to the trends in the mass market. So, besides variety, challenge is guaranteed.

You pioneer unique concepts and products from (international) cosmetics brands, retailers and private label manufacturers. You draw up quotes in response to visits or requests. If the offer becomes an order, you are the responsible person who will manage, with the support of several team members, the project from A to Z. This means that you draw up the project planning, line up suppliers and together with the design department you determine what is best for the customer. Of course, you keep the customer informed of all steps. You regularly switch with your colleagues in China so that the agreements in the field of purchasing and production of the product are fulfilled.

Many aspects emerge when developing packaging; creativity, entrepreneurship, management and, above all, planning. Together with the Accountmanager, you will become directly responsible for your own customers and projects.

We always try to improve and be the best at packaging cosmetics, what are your qualities?

You are ready to fulfill our position of Sales-driven Projectmanager. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. You are an independent professional and know what it takes to develop, sell and deliver cosmetic packaging to a variety of customers. Despite being independent you are also excellent in cooperation and communication.

You are able to fill out your own position independently and expand it. You are at your best working in a fast-changing environment where you can tackle new topics every week. Furthermore, the following aspects are important for this job:

• Strong drive with a hands-on, structured, accurate and result oriented working style.
• Strong sense of Ownership.
• Good time management skills and able to manage tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree.
  
• Good command of the English and Dutch language, preferably German or French.
