Within IBG we have:

• FASTEN Packaging, with a passion for packaging.

• Orchard Custom Beauty Solutions, which designs and manufactures complete beauty solutions.

• Roberts Beauty, specializing in color cosmetics, personal care, household products, accessories and gifts.

Your role:

As our Business Controller, you will be at the heart of IBG's financial planning and analysis. You'll provide critical insights that shape our strategic decisions, working closely with our management team to drive growth and efficiency in our global beauty operations.

In this role, you will:

• Take the lead in our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, delivering actionable insights, diving deep into our income statements, and taking the lead in improving our budget, forecasting, and business ratings;

• Perform comprehensive profitability, working capital, and cash flow analysis to inform our management team of our financial performance and support strategic decision-making;

• Build strong partnerships within the organization, supporting our Sales, Project and Supply Chain teams with expert financial analysis, planning support and performance reporting;

• Guiding and training line managers and department heads in financial management, fostering a culture of financial awareness within IBG;

• Drive continuous improvements in our key processes, particularly within our BI tools and ERP applications, and work closely with our IT and business leaders to implement these tools and educate users.

Your profile:

We are looking for a Business Controller with a unique blend of financial expertise and passion for the beauty industry. Your analytical mind and strong communication skills will enable you to turn complex financial insights into effective business strategies. We are looking for someone with experience, but also with an open mind for new challenges and growth in our dynamic beauty world.

You also have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or Accounting, combined with 3-5 years of experience as a Business or Finance Controller in a dynamic environment;

• You are strong in analyzing numbers and are proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. You have an eye for detail and ensure that all financial matters are accurate;

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You can clearly explain complex financial information to various stakeholders

• Fluent in English. Fluant command of Dutch language is a pro;

• You have practical experience with ERP systems (preferably Netsuite), BI tools, and advanced Excel skills, essential for efficiently managing and analyzing financial data;

• You are proactive and collaboration-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships within the organization and promote a culture of financial awareness.
