Consisting of three key brands - FASTEN Packaging, Orchard Custom Beauty, and Roberts Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.
We are currently looking for an Account Director who excels at prospecting and acquiring new business, while also building strong relationships with existing clients.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with a portfolio of clients as if an extension of their teams; effectively understand their requirements and expectations at all levels
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities to secure new business
- Deliver tailored product pitches/presentations, showcasing our company as a strong vendor partner
- Develop and present all information to clients through regular updates, trend reports, and business reviews
- Prepare forecasts for accounts and internal management group
- Manage margins, focusing on account growth and profitability
- Effectively communicate account information to Project Manager, Product Developers, Finance and Supply Chain teams
- Communicate with clients during the development and order process to ensure critical path timelines are met. Advising them of any delays or potential delays
- Review and maintain all daily correspondence from suppliers and clients via e-mail, communicating any vendor issues to internal stakeholders
Job requirements
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Business development and experience with national accounts
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals
